Terrible DO NOT BUY if you are a 3x or higher. Bought 3x no fit bought 4x/5x no fit I sized up in case and both no fit

Stays in place.
Size s/m It is very long and I have a long torso and it’s still not taut. The good part is that it does stay in place because that top and bottom band have a slip proof quality to them but the bad part is that the middle part the fabric is not as tight as I was hoping it would be.The top and bottom band are fairly tight and they make it hard to put on over your hips which is to be expected the length though makes where the elastic sits on top of my hip bone a little uncomfortable. The seams can be irritating after a while I don’t think there should be any on the inside!. I would say plastic wrap is more comfortable but this stays in place better, it’s not bad for the price tho.

I left this on while I sleep . I only took it off while I bathe. But In three days I notice my waist was slimmer. I’m so glad I bought this cos it burns my fat away .

Sizes are way off
I ordered a l/xl because that’s what was recommended. I usually wear a large shirt size and it fits perfectly xl if I want it to be a bit loose. Well this fits like a medium possibly a small it will not stay in my mid section it rolls up because it’s so small and tight. I recommend going up a size. I would up load a Pic but I look like a busted roll of biscuits.
