Great product! Functional, practical, well made!
As someone who has PCOS, and likely Endo based on my symptoms, this product has been great!! I initially found this after seeing ads for a different version of it on Instagram for a new start up which unfortunately is still pending sales because they are new—so until I can buy their design, I wanted to also have another handy and I came across this one. I’m so glad I bought it! It has helped me majorly each month since I purchased it, and the added vibration feature is wonderful! I love the design and how it is stretchy and can be adjusted to any size you need. I’m not tiny, but I’m also not on the plus size side of things but I think if I were there would still be room to expand the straps using the Velcro. Its really easy to put on and take off and I love that it also can just unplug from the wire so if you need to get up for a moment without removing it entirely or walking around with the cord hanging down, you can do this. I also love that you can choose the heat setting or vibration setting. The heat settings are high medium and low, and the vibration setting has a continual vibration or a pulsing one. The heat is on the lower back, across the uterus and underneath, in the space where a pad or a liner would go. This part unfortunately isn’t as helpful to me as I do wear pads and not tampons, but it does still provide some minor heat through the pad. The vibration is directly over the ovaries which is nice because it targets those areas while also vibrating out to cover the area toward the uterus. The material is pretty breathable and there are grippy dots all along the internal side so that if you’re wearing clothing like I do, it won’t slip around but will stay put with your clothes. There are mesh pouches behind each heating section which open on one side, allowing you to put anything you want inside of them which would rest up against your skin or clothes. I like this feature as the back heating pad gets a bit too hot for me while the front is usually perfect so it’s nice because I can slip material in there to create a barrier from the heat if I need to. It’s also great if you like to put an oil compress inside—like a castor oil compress or lavender or whatever else, the mesh pouches are great for that. Also, the material opposite the mesh, on the lining of the heated sections is like a windbreaker material so everything stays odor free because it’s so lightweight and breathable. My only negative is that the back gets super hot, but again, that can be mitigated with the provided pouch and adding something between, or even tucking your shirt down into it. I wouldn’t wear on bare skin/just over your underwear. It gets pretty hot even on a low setting but everyone’s tolerance is different. I wear mine with thin clothing and can do medium and low comfortably and hight only for a moment. The outside material is nice and slippery allowing any loose pajama pants or sweats to move freely and not get caught on the material. Overall, these are great. I hilariously call them my “hot panties” and have recommended them to friends and family who suffer the same issues. This has been a saving grace. The heating pad that I was once trying to wrap around everything and shove between my legs to get better relief, is no longer in use thanks to this! 😆☺️

Fire Hazard
This is a fire hazard. I just opened this today and turned it on. The attached picture is the back of the control pad. I pressed the buttons on the other side and they did not work. A few second later, I felt something burn the palm of my hand. I flipped the control panel over and it was starting to melt.

It’s fine
The vibration is great for cramps, the heat is nice; however, the fit is not great if you’re larger than a size 10US WMNS and the heating/vibration element is only in the front, not the back. Also, you have to be plugged in, so it’s not mobile

Great product
Great gift for my daughter, she has horrible cramps and over all pain… She was so happy to have a aid to alleviate some pain. Works great and I totally recommend this
Laura Azzara –
I love it
Wish their were vibrator pods in the back too, and it wouldn’t fit a bigger girl than a size 10 comfortably. Overall a great product, love using it during my cycles and sitting on the couch as a back massager.

Great Concept & Helpful Features, but Not the Most Reliable
The Period Heating Pad with Vibration and Heat Settings has a really unique design. It’s shaped almost like a soft underwear/diaper wrap and uses Velcro straps so you can adjust it and secure it easily. The design is definitely a bit bulky — not the most comfortable thing ever, but also not uncomfortable. You can still move around just fine. One thing I liked is that it has heat in the front, back and in the crotch area, which is extremely helpful for menstrual cramps and pelvic pain.It has 3 heat settings, 3 vibration settings, and timer options, which is amazing. I love products with timers so you don’t have to worry about forgetting them on.It warmed up well, but not the super hot level I personally prefer. It did burn me once, but that was my own fault since I accidentally slept with it on overnight. Used while awake, it’s fine.A big drawback for me is that it isn’t machine washable. I didn’t realize that before buying it, and since it wraps around your lower body, not being able to throw it in the wash is a huge inconvenience. The biggest issue is that after only a few days, it started malfunctioning. Even if I set the timer for an hour, it would shut off after about five minutes. That made it really unreliable.Overall, the idea is great — the adjustable Velcro design, the heat placement, the vibration settings, and the timers are all thoughtful features. But the bulky fit, lack of washability, and quick malfunction mean I personally wouldn’t buy it again.
