Snatching my waist and toning my bum.
This support trainer is amazing. It’s comfortable, breathing and helps to reduce pain from impact while walking and working out. It also helps you sweat during your workout and just walking through the day. Go grab yours. You will absolutely love. True to size. I’m about to purchase another one because it’s almost outgrowing me. Oh another perk is you can always ajust the straps to be a bit snuggier but due to my body slimming , I think I’m going to order a smaller size and another color. They’re so comfy and cute. Holds you and tones your bum. Can’t wait for my results. Patience.

Sweaty for sure
I was able to workout in this and it definitely make me sweat in those areas more than without. Good quality. Dont put it in the washing machine. Works good for me. Fit me perfectly.

For the price, this worked better than brand-name products that I bought before. It fits perfectly, the quality is great, most importantly, the lake portion does not sleep down I supposed to the ones that are not attached to the waste because it’s attached and provides excellent support. It does look kind of funny so I don’t use it for the gym. I only use it to work out at home. For better results, I used the cream to sweat before the work out and is effective. So much so that you feel the heat all over your body.

Good product just not my size (S)
Ordered the smallest size available. Could be because I’m vertically challenged but I don’t like the fit. Comes up a little too high on the waist and not high enough on the thighs. Material feels of good quality and it arrived on time. If it came a size smaller would return for another one.

I read about this product and all the negative reviews people where giving and let me tell is not like they said it was. This product is so good. It feels like someone is cuddling my whole abdomen,hips and thighs. It’s giving me back the freedom to able to get up and move around and be able to accomplish daily task that I couldn’t even do anymore because of the pain. I had been confine to my bed since January 5,2026 until today. Thank so much for your wonderful product. I only took one star off because they delivered it a day after it was suppose to arrive. I got the X-L because I’m 192 pound and height 5’2 with a pear shape body.

Exactly what I needed. Covers all the right target areas and most definitely makes me sweat. I like the fact that it all comes attached and I don’t have to worry about stopping my workout every other second to readjust.

Waste of money!!
This product is a waste of money! I wore it twice and the back of the waist band ripped in the back making so that it doesn’t even stretch to fit anymore. The leg wraps are different sizes … one is smaller than the other. I tried the bigger one on both legs and you can see a huge difference. The smaller one would even strap on and kept onComing undone. I can even use it … it’s ripped and the Velcro doesn’t even stick anymore. I want a refund but they want me to send it back … Im not wasting my time sending it back … worst purchase ever! So disappointed ☹️
