Gentle and Soothing Start to My Day
This tea has a really nice blend of herbs that just work together well. The dandelion and nettle give it a gentle detox vibe, while the ashwagandha and cinnamon add some warmth and help balance hormones. The mint and lemongrass make it fresh and light, and the natural sweetness from raspberries and jujube means it tastes good without needing much sugar. I like drinking it in the morning—it helps me feel relaxed and like I’m doing something good for my body.

Tasty tea, hopefully the claimed benefits will come after time
Usually I am a coffee girl in the morning, but I have been wanting to add more wellness moments into my daily routine, so I decided to try this PCOS tea because of all of the listed health benefits. The variety of herbal components that boost women’s health and combat common issues is what drew me specifically to this tea instead of just green tea or a variety of chamomile. I am not one to drink tea without additional sweeteners, but I took a sip of this one before adding anything to it, and it has a mild sweetness, and flavor of berries and spearmint. I could see myself drinking this tea without sweeteners, but I add a little agave to my mug and it is sooo good. With the high price tag, the only reason to buy this more expensive tea would be for the health benefits. I cannot speak to the health claims and benefits yet because I just started taking it, but I think I will drink this once weekly and hopefully will notice the full effects over time. At this price for only 10 tea bags, I would need to see a definite improvement in at least one or two of the areas claimed to justify the investment. Right now, it feels as if I’m just drinking an expensive cup of tea. The price is a little high for what you get, so it isn’t the best value upfront, but I will update in about a month and hopefully the value will pay off over time. Four stars for taste, secure packaging, quality ingredients and ease of use.
