I mean, what can I say? They are magnesium salts. They aren’t fake. Seem like good quality. I mix them in the bath with Epsom salts and it’s sooooo relaxing. I feel calm when I get out.

Amazing…but costly
I bought these to help with skin hydration not realizing all the other benefits. The FIRST night I soaked in a bath with these I slept so good..i took 2 soaking baths in the first week and I swear that week I slept all week so well.Had no idea it would help like that! Only problem is, the bag is so small and cost is too much! I cant afford to be purchasing constantly. Had to find another brand with more for cheaper. Hope it works just as well.

Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes is a game changer for everyone, not just athletes.This product is a great way to absorb magnesium through your skin in a bath soak or via creating your own DIY magnesium spray bottle. I like the Magnesium Oil that Ancient Minerals also offers (you can find that product here: https://a.co/d/04dj1kNl) but dissolving these magnesium flakes in distilled water will do the same job if you’re looking for savings.I use these magnesium flakes strictly for bath soaks. The calming sensation and relaxing of muscles is very noticeable when I use warm/hot water in my bathtub and soak for 15+ minutes. This helps me sleep considerably easier, both by falling asleep quicker and staying asleep longer though the night.*Disclaimer* If you have any open sores or cuts, this product will burn in those areas a bit as this is a salt, even in a tub of water. I consider this feeling a “healing” feeling but it’s not going to be comfortable for everyone as a forewarning.Roughly 50% of the entire population doesn’t get enough magnesium. This is an easy way to absorb magnesium without having to ingest magnesium orally which can cause digestive discomfort if you take too much, which is easy to do if you don’t know how much magnesium you have consumed that day already.For women that read this review, this product is supposed to help with menstrual cramps. I am not a woman so I’m not well-versed to say from experienced whether that is true or not, but it seems like it would be a low-cost way to solve that issue at a minimum.This is my favorite brand of magnesium bath flakes, and I will continue to purchase these. I am not paid by Ancient Minerals to post this review, I’m simply a big fan of their products.

Excellent product with great results!
Ever since I’ve started soaking with the ancient minerals, magnesium bath flakes my kidney blood work has come back in the positive not negative. It’s been several years and this is the only change I’ve made.I soak for at least 20 minutes with 3 cups of flakes.

These are THE BEST
I love these flakes. They make a real difference. And yes, they are expensive, but yes, they are way better than Epsom salts and also better than other magnesium flakes I’ve tried.I frequently do physical activity that leaves me feeling beat up and sore, and a bath with these seems to suck away all the aches and pains — not forever, but certainly long enough for me to easily fall asleep. They are excellent before bed — generally calming and helpful for sleep.They also seem a magical cure for those terrible leg cramps that come at night. If I take a bath with these flakes three times a week, I get no cramps.And once, when I had a cramp in the middle of the night, I limped to the bathroom, ran myself a shallow bath with these flakes, soaked my leg, and the cramps DISAPPEARED. If you’ve had those cramps, you know how much of a miracle that feels like.

Very Relaxing, But Pricey
These magnesium bath flakes work really well — they dissolve nicely and leave the water feeling soothing and relaxing. After a soak, my muscles feel calmer and the whole experience feels like real self-care. The only downside is the price; it’s a bit higher than I’d expect for what you get. Otherwise, a pleasant and effective bath addition.

Ancient Minerals magnesium bath flakes are great quality and dissolve easily in the bath. My skin feels soft after soaking. I love that they’re made from pure, Zechstein magnesium chloride and have no added fillers. Love this product.

I made sure I ordered as pure a form as possible because I also drink it to purify the cells of my body. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can’t guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!

If you have used Epsom salt for healing infections or for soaking – move up to magnesium salts. You use less and it honestly makes a huge difference for healing & muscle/joint pain. Can’t live without it! Remember to NOT rinse off. If you’re dirty, shower first to get clean then run the bathtub to soak. 1 handful is plenty. It’s WAY more expensive but totally worth it.
