Seems to work very well for my purposes.
I can’t be 100% sure it was the tea (it could just be coincidence, though I doubt it) but I suffer from irregular periods and after 3-5 days of drinking 2 cups of tea a night, my period came. With the mugwort and red raspberry leaf ingredients – which happen to help with uterine contractions – it’s little wonder. It’s very helpful with promoting menstruation and I’m pleased with the product. It tastes great with a little sugar (it can be a bit bitter by itself). I plan to keep using it to try and keep some semblance of a regular period.

this tea has worked great for me!! i suffer really bad from terrible mood swings, pmdd, etc and this has helped with it so much. i already feel much better mentally, and as well i barely have any cramping. my flow is lighter, and as well, my period came early (which i wanted)!

Magic tea
This actually helps my period a lot. I get pretty intense period cramps, like calling out of work can’t walk intense cramps, and after drinking a few cups of this tea they settle down immensely within an hour. I’ve started to drink this tea the first two days of my period and I feel like its shortened my period as well as lightening it ontop of helping with cramps. magic !

Medicine. It really helps. My cycles are bad. Diagnosed with PMDD so they’re just as hard on me mentally are they are physically. A cup of this and I feel better. It’s not a cure. But it does help. Flavor is floral, minty, and delicate.
