Yummy herbal support tea for my menopause transition
Got this LUCKFOX brand Hormone Balance 60 count tea bags to help support my hormones as I transition into menopause. The tea claims to be for “Women’s Hormonal Harmony in Mind Our herbal tea blend combines Lemon Balm, Spearmint, Chamomile, Ginger, and Nettle — herbs traditionally used to support hormonal balance and contribute to a sense of well-being for women.” The lemon balm and spearment taste are yummy and it does give me a calming feeling. It’s great just plain and I also like to put a little organic stevia drop sweetener in. Great value at a low price to help support me on my wellness journey. Definitely recommend.

Tastes really weird [Nettle]
First time, I steeped 1 minute too long and WOW that Nettle must have been coming through, tastes like I licked a soap bar!Usually I Love Mint, Ginger and Chamomile but Nettle is new to me. I couldn’t see how I’d be repulsed by it but I have to add a tiny bit of creamer to not gag on the nettle.Quality is okay, my first teabag had a split on the side which leaked contents all over my cup which was less than ideal.Smells more like a soap than a tea if I’m honest. would actually make a great soap! Still tastes funny.My second time drinking this as I write this review I do feel more relaxed than I did before I started drinking this cup so maybe there’s something to all these effects? I checked the bag and it says nothing about caffeine or caffeine free which customers would like to know this, surprised that is not stated anywhere on the listing.Health benefits will take a long time to assess, far longer than I have before I have to write a review on this.Value is excellent for 60 Teabags at $10 is a really good deal. Now if I can get used to the taste, Maybe it’ll do me some good!EDIT: 3rd day drinking, and so far I have to have sugar and milk, but now I’m enjoying it much more! Possible that I’ll get more after I run out! Changed to 4 stars.
