Great set of weights for me while I rehab a double fracture to my right knee cap and a left shoulder injury from putting to much strain on that side of my body.

Uso este juego para mi rutina de hombros y brazos. Las de 3 lb y 5 lb son excelentes para laterales y calentamiento, mientras que las de 8 lb dan la resistencia justa para press militar si estás empezando o buscando definición. Al ser hexagonales, no ruedan por el suelo cuando las sueltas, algo que se agradece mucho por seguridad
