This has been a life saver or maybe i should say a back saver . One that suffers with low back pain i do not think i could go without it . It travels with me when riding a distance . I love how the heat adjusts but i use it on the highest setting . The massage part i use occasionally as it does make a little bit of a sound unless there is on and then my husband doesn’t hear it. I’m a huntress so i cannot sit in a deer stand without it . Plus I’m colder months it sure keeps me warm while out and about. I’ve had it for around 6 months and no problem . Great for my lower back pain
This hearing pad has been a lifesaver. I use it regularly. Great battery life that lasts me through several uses. I have been using it for several months and still working great. It’s a great size that is comfortable to wear while also helping with my lower back pain. I would definitely buy this item again!

Poor customer service
I purchased a back wrap for my husband. When he opened it, the battery had leaked and was ruined. I informed this company of the defected battery and was told they don’t sell the batteries separately. I asked if I could send the item back and just exchange it. Instead I was offered a refund for the cost of replacing the battery at a much lower price than a replacement battery was going to cost me. I was told they would issue a refund for the additional difference. I have had NUMEROUS emails with this company and still have not received the remaining refund I was promised. Apparently the card used to purchase this was hacked and since they can’t refund it to that card, they can’t send me a refund. The suspicious part is they were able to send a credit to my Amazon account for the initial amount they offered me, but not the remaining balance. I will NOT be purchasing from ALLJOY again.

It heats my back
First the positives: It gets very warm, and warms for several hours on a charge. And you can use pretty much any battery bank with a USB connector. Uh, that’s it.I’d give it four stars, but the velcro closure is barely adequate to keep it in place. I’m pretty skinny, but if I bend over it almost always falls off. It’s literally the worst velcro I’ve ever seen in my life.The battery indicator says it’s fully charged (4 lights on) until it’s nearly dead, and then it changes to one light and then quickly dies.The heat regulation is not great. It frequently gets uncomfortably hot on high, and sometimes even gets very hot on medium.I didn’t buy it for the massage feature, and wasn’t expecting much. It’s pretty useless, and mostly just makes an annoying buzzing noise.
