Cultivating an attitude of gratitude yields many benefits: physical, mental and spiritual. In this Journal, you have flexibility to write down the dates of entry and not feel guilty if you miss a day. There are also pages in this journal where you can just draw something beautiful. Every page contains an inspirational quote (non religious). Gratitude is a feeling of appreciation for what one has. Write down three to five things you are grateful for in this journal and turn your ordinary moments into blessings.

    Lovely
This journal is just what I was looking for! It is simple, yet efficient. I love that there is space to put the date and write what you are grateful for. I can always fit 3 things because half a page is given, plenty of room to write. I also love the little quotes sprinkled in reminding you why gratitude is so important and the spaces to draw doodles. I sometimes draw doodles there, but I also put fun stickers or printed sticker photos!

    What I was looking for
I want to say that even though this isn’t super complicated or complex – it only repeats the prompt of “what I am grateful for today” over and over again- but that is exactly what I was looking for. It is a gift for my mother who I think would benefit from practicing gratitude but a lot of the other journals out there have so many prompts that I feel like it would make her feel worse than better. “What did I accomplish today” “what win did I receive today” etc are all great but when you’re not doing much and not as motivated it’s kind of a slap in the face to everyday see prompts that may make you feel less than or guilty. These prompts of “what I am grateful for today” are simple and easier to start a gratitude habit. Thanks for the product I was looking for!!!

Great journal that started my daily practice 5 years ago
Five years ago I bought this and it started my daily journaling practice that has been so impactful for my life! I’m filled with gratitude! Thanks so very much!

    Not Enough Writing Space
Not quite what I expected. Entry spaces are too small for my composition style.Otherwise, very nice if you really want to write for 5.minutes.

A thoughtful gift for loved ones
I purchased 5 after seeing one at a silent auction. Gave one to each of my friends from grade school (we meet at Christmas each year). Every one of them was impressed with such a thoughtful gift.

    Very positive energy book!
Got this as a mother’s day present for my fiancée because she has been wanting it for a while now. She was super excited to get it and was happy to start using it. It’s a very nice layout and is very positive and helpful tool to use for her. I would totally recommend it for yourself or to give to someone special. Keeps a positive outlook for yourself to be in if you like that kind of stuff and like to write stuff down and note it.

    Best for me
I love this simple journal. I’m trying to unclutter my mind and my life. This journal is perfect. I don’t want extras on the pages: designs, doodling, pictures, extra writing. Each page has a single encouraging sentence on gratitude; that’s just right. They are quality sayings, too. And the room given to write an entry is just enough, also. I get in without distraction, write my piece, and get out. I like that. My only complaint is that I counted only 203 entries (2 per page, plus 7 single pages to draw). Why not 365/6? It’s a relatively thin book; it would be easy to add a few more pages to make a year’s worth of entries. Otherwise the book itself is well made, and easy to open and write (I have the paperback). Cover is nice. Wipes off light stains or spill easily. I will definitely buy more.

Nobody gets everything; But everyone should be appreciated in some way!
In the business of this world today, Gratitude is not a reality. :(This One-Minute Gratitude Journal is a great reminder to take a moment to list on a daily basiswhat you are thankful for.It can be a gift given or a thank you note written or even helping a co-worker build skills as a team member at the workplace. It could be in your neighborhood or in your family home.

This is just what I wanted. It has a space for the date and a few lines of gratitude. You can fill in either every day or at any interval you choose. The space is a few lines so you can do it quickly, which is better for me. It also has quotes interspersed. I like it so much I’m going to buy same for some friends, for Christmas.

Buscaba algo que me motivará a mantener el costumbre de apreciar las cosas y darse cuenta de lo feliz y rica que soy. Ese libro es muy sencillo, repetitivo. En tres minutos cada día lo tenéis pero es muy enriquecedor. A mí me encanta

Love this book and have bought others to give them away. Great gift and so easy to use. You don’t have to worry about missing a date and just pick up when you want and enter info.
