I’ve been taking MegaFood Blood Builder for a few months now, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. Tolerable for sensitive stomach
After being prescribed a high dose iron supplement that upset my stomach, I found this MegaFood variety to be a comparable alternative with a lower dose of iron and the same vitamins and minerals as the prescribed medication. It does not upset my stomach and seems to be a right fit for my needs.

Easy to take Iron supplement
The MegaFood blood builder Iron supplement is great. Regular iron pills cause me severe stomach problems. These supplements do not. This is important as I have had to take iron regularly for a while now. I have tried several different supplements including the Slow FE without the same comfort when taking. If you need to take supplemental iron these are a must.

Life changing.
Life changing. I went from barely able to walk and covered in bruises to feeling significantly better in two weeks. I felt alive again. Been taking it every day for about a year. It’s never been hard on my stomach. They don’t taste great but just drink a few gulps extra of water and it’s fine.I got blood tests done before taking these and will get more done regularly. I taped to my doctor. You can overdose on iron so get tested and don’t just take them blindly.
